Programme: Tsubaki Ippinya Limited Membership Programme

By joining and participating in the Tsubaki Ippinya Limited (“Tsubaki”) Membership Programme (the “Programme”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership

1.1. Membership is open to eligible customers who register for the Programme and provide the required information.

1.2. Membership is personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

1.3. Tsubaki reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership where we reasonably believe the Programme has been misused, abused, or used fraudulently.

2. Earning Loyalty Points

2.1. Members will earn 10 loyalty points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases.

2.2. Points are calculated based on the eligible amount actually paid by the member, excluding any excluded items, discounts, delivery charges, fees, or other amounts specified by Tsubaki.

2.3. Points cannot be earned on purchases made using loyalty points or on any other transactions expressly excluded by Tsubaki.

2.4. Points will normally be credited to the member’s account after the relevant purchase has been completed. We reserve the right to delay or adjust points where a transaction is cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise reversed.

3. Redeeming Loyalty Points

3.1. Once a member has accumulated 1,000 loyalty points, they may redeem their points as a cash-equivalent reward against eligible purchases.

3.2. 1,000 points = £2.00 in redemption value.

3.3. The minimum redemption threshold is 1,000 points unless otherwise stated by Tsubaki.

3.4. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

3.5. Points cannot be transferred between members or accounts.

3.6. Tsubaki reserves the right to introduce reasonable restrictions on how points may be redeemed, provided these restrictions are communicated to members.

4. Member Day

4.1. A Member Day will take place on every second Sunday of the month, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Member Day benefits, offers, discounts, or bonus points may vary from month to month and will be communicated to eligible members where applicable.

4.3. Member Day offers may be subject to specific exclusions, minimum spend requirements, availability, or other conditions.

4.4. Tsubaki reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel a Member Day where reasonably necessary.

5. Welcome Voucher

5.1. New members may receive two 10% off welcome vouchers as part of joining the Programme.

5.2. The welcome vouchers are valid for one month from the date of issue, unless a different expiry date is stated on the voucher.

5.3. The welcome vouchers are a limited-time promotional offer and is not guaranteed to be available indefinitely.

5.4. Tsubaki reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, or discontinue the welcome voucher offer at any time. Where required by applicable law, this will not affect vouchers that have already been validly issued, unless otherwise stated in the voucher terms.

5.5. Unless otherwise stated, each welcome voucher may only be used once per new member and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.6. The welcome voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.

6. Returns, Refunds and Adjustments

6.1. If a purchase on which points were earned is subsequently returned, refunded, cancelled, or reversed, the corresponding points may be deducted from the member’s account.

6.2. If points have already been redeemed against a purchase that is subsequently refunded or returned, Tsubaki reserves the right to adjust the member’s points balance accordingly.

7. Changes to the Programme

7.1. Tsubaki may modify the Programme, including the points-earning rate, redemption requirements, Member Day benefits, promotional offers, or other Programme terms.

7.2. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required by applicable law.

7.3. Promotional offers, including the 10% welcome vouchers, may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time and may be subject to separate terms.

8. Termination

8.1. Members may request to leave the Programme at any time.

8.2. If membership is terminated, any unused loyalty points or rewards may be cancelled, subject to applicable law.

8.3. Tsubaki reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Programme. Where the Programme is permanently discontinued, we will provide members with any notice or redemption opportunity required by applicable law.

9. General

9.1. Loyalty points and promotional vouchers are provided as part of the Programme and are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms communicated at the time of an offer.

9.2. We are not responsible for points or vouchers that cannot be accessed due to incorrect customer information supplied by the member or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

9.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
